We are looking for a Customer Services Executive to join our team. You will liaise directly with our customers, responding appropriately to ticketing queries and resolving issues via email and occasionally by telephone. You will perform a variety of tasks that supports both the sales and administrative responsibilities of the team, leading up to and during the headline events. 

You will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, as well as being super organised with exceptional attention to detail whilst working in a busy and varied environment.
