Management Accountant

We’re looking for a Management Accountant to join our Finance Team, supporting our dynamic Events division. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is currently studying towards a professional accounting qualification (ACCA or CIMA) and looking to grow their career in a supportive and engaging environment.

You’ll play a key role in producing management accounts, forecasts, budgets, and reconciliations, while working closely with General Managers and department heads to provide clear financial insights that inform decision-making and drive performance.

We’ll support your studies and development, helping you build your skills and confidence within a fun and collaborative team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Producing accurate and timely management accounts, forecasts, and budgets
• Reconciling key balance sheet accounts and preparing monthly journals (accruals, stock, etc.)
• Providing clear commentary on variances and performance
• Supporting cost control and performance reviews with General Managers
• Assisting with ad hoc financial analysis and recharges
• Collaborating on the year-end audit process
• Contributing to process improvements and cross-team projects
• Supporting events when required

What you’ll bring:

• Studying towards a professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF statements)
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• A methodical and accurate approach
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
• Confidence to challenge and influence at all levels
