We are looking for a Diploma Assessor to support learners to achieve the Diploma Level 3 diploma, children and young people's workforce, for up to 20 learners (depending on hours worked)

The candidate will have experience working with adult learners delivering NVQ's or diplomas in a Health and Social Care/Childcare setting and have excellent working knowledge or related qualifications. You will be required to have excellent interpersonal skills and a professional and flexible approach.  

This role would particularly suit someone with residential care experience who understands the pressures of working with complex staff differences, learning abilities and styles.
 
You will need to work in various environments: our training centre (in Haywards Heath), travel to our care homes across East Sussex, West Sussex and Surrey and also a small office in Worthing in order to meet the needs of the staff learners. This role is field based.  

This role also entails undertaking training workshops at our training centre and one to one work with the staff members.
