As our Property Administrator, you will make a big difference in our administration services for the Property Manager covering residential, commercial and other lettings in the Goodwood portfolio. In addition, the role will assist the Property Manager and other Estate departments with key administrative tasks as needed.  You'll be super organised, with a keen attention to detail and multitasking.

We have a diverse residential portfolio across 11,000 acres of beautiful countryside, with properties located within the Goodwood Estate and surrounding villages.
  
You'll be exceptionally organised, assisting in all property related functions, such as preparing tenancy agreements, obtaining Energy Performance Certificates and running credit and referencing checks for prospective tenants.  Strong administrative and computer skills are a must.

• Experience in a property industry, ideally property management is essential.
• Good understanding of the latest legislation and best practice guidance is desirable
• Driven to deliver excellent customer service with strong communication skills
• Proactive, ability to prioritise and self manage is essential as is taking ownership of full scope of works.
• Clean full driving licence and own vehicle
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and databases
