Kitchen Porter/ Assistant

We're seeking a hardworking Kitchen Porter/ Assistant to join the Mandolay Hotel, Guildford.

The Mandolay Hotel, AA 4 Silver Stars, 1 AA Rosette Restaurant, 78 bedrooms, 8 state of the art conference and banqueting for up to 450 guests,

Key responsibilities:

• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Cleaning and sanitising kitchen areas
• Assisting with basic food prep tasks
• Maintaining organised storage areas
• Following health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required
