** Sous Chef – Hotel – Nr Crawley – Up To £26,000pa + Great Incentives! **

We are currently recruiting for this fantastic Hotel East of Crawley, as a company they are known for their high food standards, exceptional service and fantastic opportunities.

The hours of work are between 13:00 – 22:00 with two guaranteed days off in a row and a flexibility to have some weekends off. A rota that really caters for your career and a healthy work life balance!

You will be responsible for running the kitchen in the head chef's absence, whilst maintaining the standards expected. On a daily basis you will adhere to all food hygiene and health and safety policy's, whilst being trained to progress within the company through the excellent training schemes on offer. Working alongside the experienced Head Chef, the hotel is looking to take the restaurant to the next level in terms of fresh products and style of food.
