Hours:  Full-time (37.5 hours) and part-time hours available
Hourly rate: £12.98

The Aldingbourne Trust are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly team at our Supported Living Project in Bognor Regis.
 
Our tenants live in their own accommodation in our newly renovated community space.  The individual tenancies are made up of flats with own living spaces/kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Your role will be to help the people we support manage their day-to-day lives, live independently and realize their dreams.

This role requires flexibility and hours to cover Weekday Evenings and Weekends, Bank Holidays and Sleep-In. 

Every day brings something different. You might be:

• Supporting someone to plan their weekly shop
• Helping someone manage their home — cooking, cleaning, or daily tasks
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and new experiences
• Supporting with personal care and medication
• Building strong, trusting relationships that make a real difference

• A genuine passion for helping people develop independence skills in a fun way
• Able to organise their time to ensure the People we Support gets the most out of their support time
• Experience working with people with a learning disability and/or autism
