MotorSport Vision Trackdays (MSVT) is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Admin & Operations Assistant to play a key role in the preparation, promotion, and delivery of our race events and championships.
This is a varied and hands-on position, ideal for someone with a passion for motorsport and a keen interest in event operations and digital marketing. You will be actively involved in both office-based planning and on-site race weekends, supporting the continued growth and success of the MSVT championships (Enduro KA, Trackday Trophy, Trackday Championship & Miata Trophy).
Key Responsibilities
- Support the organisation and delivery of MSVT race events, including weekend race meetings
- Assist in managing race entries and competitor communications
- Contribute to the promotion of MSVT championships across digital platforms, including social media and websites
- Create engaging content such as promotional material, race reports, and event programme copy
- Update championship websites with news, imagery, and relevant content
- Represent MSVT at events, including trade shows and race meetings
- Provide general support to MSVT event operations as required
Essential Skills & Experience
- Confident using social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational ability with strong attention to detail
- Good level of numeracy and literacy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Professional manner with strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of, and enthusiasm for, UK motorsport
- Experience in digital marketing (Desirable)

The MSVT Admin & Operations Assistant role will involve working a 42.5 hour work week on site here in the MotorSport Vision Head Office at Brands Hatch. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work on average sixteen weekends throughout the race season attending various race circuits across the country, Due to this, a full UK driving licence is essential for full duties of the role to be carried out.
