Do you love the buzz of launching a new Beauty product?
As our NPD Brand Manager you'll be responsible for leading the
end-to-end development and launch of innovative and ethical beauty
and wellbeing products. With an eagle eye on market trends you'll
utilise consumer insight to identify white space opportunities for
proposed product innovations.
Combining strategic planning, creative direction and strong
commercial acumen you'll deliver innovative product launches into
a competitive beauty landscape, showcasing our points of
difference. You'll be developing, managing and implementing NPD
& EPD from concept to launch, including ideation, formulation
and packaging with a go to market strategy.
You will be collaborating with internal teams and agencies to deliver best in class product development, whilst challenging the status quo. Never compromising on brand values, you'll be pushing the boundaries on quality to drive things forward.
