We are looking for an aspiring or experienced hands-on Meeting and Events Operations Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and assuming overall responsibility for all Meeting and Event functions throughout the hotel. You will ensure current levels of service are maintained and will be the single point of contact with full accountability for high-profile events.

Additionally, you will manage an M&E team, liaise closely with the M&E sales team, and exceed customer expectations by delivering the highest standard of service.

The ideal candidate will have a warm and welcoming personality, with a hands-on approach to work and impeccable attention to detail. You should also have the ability to lead, train and inspire a team, as well as excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
