We have just described working for Aldingbourne Trust, an award-winning charity based along the coast in West Sussex and Hampshire supporting adults with learning disabilities and /or autism to live their best life.  

We have two supported living projects we are recruiting for, one which supports 23 adults with learning disabilities who live in their own flats and the other is made up of shared and single flats/bungalows, supporting 16 people on site and 2 off site.

You don't need previous experience in a similar role, we are looking for individuals who can bring their life experience and a passion for working with people.
