This role at the Country Centre is based around assisting and supporting the wood collection and recycling team. A flexible and friendly approach is required within the role, helping our customers have a great experience with the service we provide.

The Aldingbourne Trust works with adults with learning disabilities and this role will involve working with and supporting the people we support.

A knowledge of wood is not essential as training will be provided. the Centre sells recycled timber to the public and trade and we are keen to expand this operation. In addition to wood collections, the role involves making sure the wood yard is in good order and occasionally assisting with sales.

A major aspect of the role involves driving a 3.5 tonne van (normal car licence sufficient) - making collections and deliveries of wood around the local area with occasional longer journeys.
