As a support worker, you'll be helping people you support to live the individual life they want, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support. You will be supported by the organisation to make a difference by not only providing personal care to the people we support but supporting them to take part in a wide range of activities, including cinema, going out for a meal, holidays, going to the beach and enjoying fish and chips!

We are looking for part-time or full time support workers to join one of our supported living projects based in Felpham. 

To offer consistency we work as part of a rota, sharing weekday and weekend shifts, and sleep-ins.

Driving is essential for this role. 

Other benefits include: Starting salary of £20,004.62 per annum, or £10.26 per hour plus an additional £61.23 for sleep-ins. Paid training with financial bonuses for completion of awards and diplomas.
