I am working closely with my client, a reputable professional services firm in Crawley, to recruit a permanent and full-time Purchase Ledger Clerk.

This is a superb opportunity to join a growing firm offering lots of progession.

Reporting to the Finance, this position entails:

• Reconciling statements
• Inputting of invoices
• BACs & CHAPs payments
• Checking and coding of invoices
• Processing correct VAT

It will also overlap with the revenue side of accounts and you will become involved with Billing and Revenue work too. The ideal candidate WILL have:

• An understanding of UK VAT regulations
• Strong Purchase Ledger experience and understanding
• Experience of working within professional services (desirable but NOT essential)
