About the team
The Call and Contact Centre division is currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the Team in Crawley, either a Trainee or indeed an experienced recruiter looking for their next step into a Senior Consultant role. This is a fast pace role where you will need to be working to tight deadlines to meet clients needs and expectations. We work with a number of established clients, where have built strong relationships over recent years, however we are looking for an individual to grow the client base through business development.

The main areas we cover are Crawley to Hayward's Heath and surrounding Croydon areas, East Grinstead to Guildford to name a few. We work with large call and contact centres along with smaller offices with customer service and sales teams.

The Opportunity
It is essential that you are very sales focused and confident in making sales calls, handling objections and closing sales. It is also important that you have the ability to maintain client relationships and build on these. We would consider experienced recruitment consultants as well as trainees for this position. To be considered as a trainee it is necessary that you have proven sales experience within a telephone based position or call centre environment. The right candidate needs to have strong business knowledge, happy to work hard to achieve results and is very tenacious

- Ability to nurture relationships
