Motor Receptionist

Hours: M-F 8-5:30pm Plus 1 in every 3-4 Saturdays from 8- 12pm

Duration: Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Remuneration: £18000-22000 DOE plus 25 days holiday and a generous bonus

We are looking for a self motivated, front of house/receptionist who is keen to work under their own initiative, for a well established motor business on their very busy team. You will be dealing with lots of enquiries from car owners and will be able to earn a healthy bonus for up-selling additional services and for increasing their quote to booking ratio-so experience in this sector, or a reasonable knowledge of cars or the desire to learn about them (on the job) is essential.

Duties/Responsibilities

* Answering calls on a very busy switchboard

* Arranging quotes/cash up-selling on quotes

* Updating clients on progress of works

* Checking cars in and out

* Set Up Jobs

* Enter Cars onto in house system

* Customer Service

* Up-sell customers for additional work/services

Key experience and Skills:
* Reasonable working knowledge of cars/experience in a similar work environment/desire to learn about cars on the job
* Experience of telephone based customer service / reception work
