An opportunity to join the Corporate Finance team of a global organisation at their Crawley office based on the Manor Royal.

About You:

* Professionally qualified in either the ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountancy qualification
* Candidates looking to make their first move from the accountancy profession are welcome to apply
* Experience of working within a global business or if you're from the profession that you have dealt with clients with a global presence
* You will be business focused providing financial and commercial support
* Able to demonstrate an ability to examine and implement process improvements around streamlining of reporting and / or improve accuracy of reporting.
* First class presentation and communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships across the business
* A self-starter with strong initiative and a high level of commitment
* Skills to impress: Investment appraisal knowledge, Business Partnering and Financial Analysis

Responsibility for preparing the Group's management accounts, statutory accounts and budgets acting as the key interface between Corporate Finance and the Business Units in the preparation and interpretation of all finance information.

There is a full job description for shortlisted candidates. Duties to include:

* Completion of annual statutory accounts for Group and the main business entity
* Provide timely and accurate reporting including completion of the quarterly footnote package working with the reporting team on implementing financial initiatives and projects
* Assist in the preparation of the Group's monthly financial and management accounts including all primary statements, measurement of key KPIs and supplementary schedules
* Reconciliation of intercompany accounts
* Monitoring developments in Group policy and IFRS, accessing impact of any changes from a financial and commercial perspective
