Reporting to the Area Facilities Manager, the Facilities Officer will allocate tasks, supervise and check the work of the area’s Facilities Operatives (4-8 staff) in order to achieve the set targets.
Responsible for the effective and efficient provision of a range of essential Facilities and Building Management Services and implementing regulations that directly impact the health and safety of the building occupiers and visitors. Undertaking with the team a range of tasks including the operation of associated equipment at designated County Council buildings.
With the ability to analyse problems and implement practical solutions, you will also have good communication and interpersonal skills to provide advice and guidance to clients.
