An exciting permanent opportunity has arisen for a Travel Business Support Executive.

This permanent opportunity for a Travel Business Support Executive is working closely with the travel and tourism industry working in conjunction with tour operators, airlines and large corporate organisations.

The role involves liasing with customers who have an escalation relating to their bespoke product and system. The role of the Travel Business Support Executive is too diagnose and problem the issue within an agreed period of time performing against an SLA. You will be providing quality driven advise and support through written and verbal communication, analysing and resolving more complex ed cases, effective prioritisation and managing client expectation is paramount.

You will also be responsible for training of client users face to face and at times off site.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer handling background potentially with exposure to the travel system Amadeus, ATM and/or a travel booking system.
