Call centre agents required for 8 - 12 week temporary assignment based in central Crawley (Three Bridges).

The main duties and responsibilities of this role will be dealing with all incoming calls, assisting customers with general enquiries and ensuring a high level of service is maintained at all times.

This role will be working shifts between 9am - 8pm including some Saturday shifts 9am - 5pm You will be answering calls from customers dealing with inbound calls, about clubcard points, complaints, orders, updating details, changing clubcard vouchers into rewards.
