Housing and Economic Partnership (HEDP) Development Project Managers

We are looking for experienced Project Managers to work in this dynamic team, named Outstanding New Housing Developer Of The Year in the UKHA awards in 2016 as a result of its regenerative work in Eastbourne. With a pipeline of projects in Lewes and Eastbourne for sale and market rent as well as Empty Homes conversion, commercial fit outs, public realm improvements and new build projects with HCA funding, you need to be able to demonstrate a wide range of project management experience, preferably including some experience of Housing Association development.

You should be self-motivated and used to working to strict delivery deadlines.
