A well-established and leading regional law firm are looking to build their Property team by attracting an experienced and ambitious Residential Conveyancer. The firm would be interested in receiving applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers who have the experience and skills to manage a small team whilst also managing their own caseload.

What they will require of you:

• Capable of managing and developing a small CQS-accredited team
• Experience with managing own caseload
• Proactive approach towards business development
• Excellent interpersonal skills
