Independent residential childrens workers required for 5 bedded unit for looked after children with serious emotional and behavioural difficulties. The aim is to equip each child with the personal, emotional, social and learning skills and abilities to cope in a family and in a local school and community.

Job role involves joining a well established team in a busy home for both boys and girls aged between 9-18 who have been placed into care by local authority.

Residential service is based close to local amenities and public transport links (train station)

You must have previous experience working in a similar childrens setting and have working knowledge of OFSTED requirements, NVQ 3 qualification is preferred but not necessary as work experience is also sufficient.
