Job Title: E-Marketing & Online Sales Manager

Salary: circa £30,000

Our client is seeking an E-Marketing & Online Sales Manager to join their marketing team. To be responsible for proposing and delivering the strategy for UK website sales.

The Role:

You will be required to:

• email marketing and lifecycle programme management for retention/reactivation/up-selling across consumer database

• SEO strategy and execution (working with external agency)

• Christmas PPC campaign (working with external agency)

• ongoing year round PPC programme

• website "shop manager" – optimise site real estate

• website content, product/press/blog/news

• scheduled promotional activity

• tactical and reactive promotional activity to defend online space

• affiliate channel: recruit new affiliates, promote the company's programme, strategy for exclusive offers, tactical commission structure (with affiliate agency)

• overseeing transactions and commission payments

• reporting, analytics, stock control, website admin back up

• UK consumer queries

Who we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience of emarketing, ecommerce, online and sales ideally within e-tail/fmcg

• Confident and have the ability to pitch ideas to senior management

• Able to identify trends, issues and requirements

• Be a team player • Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

• Strong commercial acumen in order to drive the business
