My Client is a reputable nationwide company who are looking for experienced senior residential support workers to work in their children's/young adults' homes in the West Sussex and Horley area.  All Candidates applying must hold their NVQ 3 in Child Care and Young Adults and will possess at least 2 years' residential experience in working with children/young adults who have mild to severe behaviour and emotional problems.

Excellent pay and progression opportunities Sleep-in enhancements Excellent working conditions Excellent training opportunities • The hours of work are 42 hour week on a rolling rota, to include 3 days on 3 days off and sleep-ins. • Some of the duties will include:- • To provide a caring and supportive environment for young people which respects all lifestyle and cultural needs • To be responsible for leading shifts and delegating workloads accordingly • To  act as a role model by motivating and inspiring staff on shift by visibly being seen to be an active and 'hands-on' part of the team • To include and support young people in the formulation and implementation of their care plans. • To assist in formulating of assessments of needs for each young person. • To assist the manager in the day to day running of the home and all aspects of care which may include some personal care.
