A new opportunity has arisen for a Part Qualified accounts professional to join a dynamic and industry leading, Horsham based organisation as a Management Accountant. This employer has experienced substantial year-on-year success over the course of the past decade and has exciting development plans currently underway. They are looking for a career focused, self motivated and pro active individual to support both the Financial Controller and Finance Director through the production of accurate management accounts and costing, budgeting and general ledger duties. This is a senior, pivotal position within the finance team and would suit someone looking to make a step-up from an Assistant Accountant or Senior Accounts Assistant position and put their studies into practice. They are a rewarding, supportive and financially secure organisation with high levels of community spirit amongst their existing employees and so this is a great opportunity for the right candidate.

Applicants need have solid existing accounting experience, be at a part qualified level and ideally also be an active studier (ACA, CIMA, ACCA). Advanced Excel skills and a stable career history showing longevity and commitment will also be assessed. In addition, the successful candidate will also have a positive, can-do attitude and be a confident and energetic character in order to fit in with rest of the team.
