Title: Frontline Sales & Support
Salary: £16,000 to £20,000

Do you have excellent customer service/technical support experience?

This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused person to join a company that provides the best support service in the industry.

The Role:
You will be dealing with all sales, technical and returns enquiries, be it by phone, e-mail, Skype or letter from their distributors and installers and provide assistance to their second line support team giving high-level technical support.

In addition you will undertake telesales projects to promote new products and services.

Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have a solid background within a customer service and technical support environment, have exceptional customer services along with excellent PC skills. A degree or equivalent in computers would also be desirable.
