Stonepillow support and empower homeless and vulnerable people to achieve sustainable independence and wellbeing and make positive changes in their lives.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within an innovative new model to help the most vulnerable in our community. Rather than follow normal routes of hostels to supported housing to independent accommodation, this service offers clients who have been rough sleeping their own home and then gives them the intensive support needed to maintain their tenancies and lead functional lives.

Within this role, you will be working as a part of the Housing First team supporting the most excluded clients where traditional service delivery has failed to engage and meet their needs.

It is essential that you will have a non-judgmental and enabling approach to supporting single homeless and vulnerable adults and have some experience and knowledge of Health, Housing and Work issues facing service users who are in recovery.
