An accountancy practice based in Brighton, East Sussex, are looking for a qualified Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. With a strong partnership team and a growing office of experienced staff, there couldn't be a better time to join them.

This position would suit someone with strong reviewing, training and managerial skills, you need to hit the ground running. If you are an RI or have a desire to achieve RI status, this role would be a good fit for you.

About you:

• ACCA/ACA qualified
• Minimum of 4 years PQE
• 6+ years experience within Practice
• Excellent communication and relationship skills, client relationships are key
• Ability to plan and self-manage workload
• Experience managing a team of staff
• Confident reviewing accounts and delegating
• Accustomed to reporting directly to Partners/Directors
• Skilled in overseeing, planning and budgeting audits
• Strong technical knowledge
