Senior Facilities & Office Assistant

My client is seeking an experienced Facilities & Office Associate to join their Facilities Team based in Brighton. This role sits as part of a team of 3, reporting directly into the Facilities Director and Facilities Manager.

Overview of duties:

Manage incoming mail (post, faxes and emails) daily

Company credit card monthly reconciliation

Purchase order control and administration

Department and company logistics area control

Authorised company travel booker and facilitator

Departmental and company logistics area control

Purchase order control

Booking couriers and mail services

Perform Health & Safety checks and updates as required and directed

Security access control systems administration and checks

Vending and refreshment staff service administration

Manage Facilities daily activities calendar

Enhancement & management of departmental filing systems for IT, and Facilities

Facilitator for IT and Facilities team meetings

Ideal candidates will have:

Sound office facilities experience including managing team resources and logistics, and contract facilitation

Advanced user of Outlook, Work, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Working knowledge of all key facilities duties

Can-do attitude

Problem solving skills
