We are a Global HR and Payroll company and currently provide services in 135 countries. With an ever growing client base, we are looking to recruit a Helpdesk Consultant to join our existing team.

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves providing day-to-day support to users of Payrite, FMP Global's developed Payroll Software. The Helpdesk Consultant is responsible for the speedy, efficient and professional resolution of client queries whilst building and maintaining good relationships with internal staff as well as our clients.  

Key requirements:

Previous payroll administration experience would be preferable
Excellent MS Office knowledge, in particular Excel
Strong communication skills
Outstanding organisational skills
