You love selling by phone, quality not quantity, and not autodial but consultative sales, working in a small sales team with individual targets, building relationships with B2B clients where you receive regular repeat business, and can earn decent commission.
What will you be doing?
- Selling classified advertising over a couple of owned magazines
- Speaking to companies Marketing departments and also marketing agencies.
- Selling content advertising over print and digital magazines
- Following up emails to chase deals
- Attracting and keeping a new client base by selling products for different media solutions
- A creative approach to selling across associated products including magazines, digital, marketing service, direct mail, social media campaigns
- Exceeding high-volume sales goals while working within a team environment
- Establishing positive working relationships with your prospective clients
- To meet and exceed set targets
- To report, budget and forecast on a weekly and monthly basis
What do you need?
- Previous proven history in telesales
- Preferably experience of selling advertising or media / marketing products
- Longevity in your CV
- Passionate, driven and willingness to succeed
- Good communication skills
- MSOffice and CRM competent
What's on offer?
- Basic £15-25K OTE uncapped realistic £45K +
- 9-5:30pm - hour for lunch
