A strong and established top 10 accountancy firm in Guildford are beginning their search for this years in take of trainees on their Private Client Tax team. On offer is a fully supported, joint ACA/CTA training contract.

You will be supported through your qualification whilst enjoying a wide and varied role across all areas of the Private Client department.

Their brand new, central Guildford office is easily accessible via public transport and a short walk from Guildford train station. Specially designed by psychologists, you'll be working in a modern, bright and airy environment with plenty of breakout areas and communal areas to meet and work with colleagues.

Accountancy is a people-focused profession so although numeracy is expected, you should also be able to demonstrate that you will be able to communicate confidently with colleagues and clients and will be able to organise yourself and your workload. The training process includes excellent exposure to soft skill training alongside your technical development and you'll be closely integrated alongside trainees from other branches across the firm.

About You

• A recent graduate with a first class or upper second classification (lower second will be considered in an accountancy relevant degree)
• OR a recent school leaver with excellent A levels and GCSE's.
• First class communication, written and presentation skills
• Be committed and focussed on a tax career within the accountancy profession
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, supportive and challenging environment
• Be resilient and confident demonstrating composure under pressure whilst working to deadlines
