We are looking to recruit bank support workers to join our friendly team at our Supported Living Service in Bognor Regis.
 
People we support live in their own flats in the community and we help them manage their day-to-day lives and realise their potential. People have varied abilities; most need support with cooking, cleaning, managing their home, and personal support including medication and personal care. Some need behavioural support.   We believe that living an ordinary life means that people have choice, opportunity and variety in how they spend their days. We actively encourage people to pursue their dreams, and to try out new experiences, and we would welcome anyone with a sense of adventure, enthusiasm, and lots of passion to apply. Please note that living an 'ordinary' life means being able to go out and stay out late such as visiting pubs, clubs, trips to the theatre, cinema etc as such shift times will vary.
 
If you think variety is the spice of life, then this may be the role for you! Hours are flexible, and you can decide when you want to work. One day you may be supporting someone to menu plan and grocery shop, the next you may be out at the cinema or at a concert or have the opportunity to support on a Cruise holiday!

Shifts available will include mornings, afternoon and evening shifts, weekends and sleep-ins.

Hourly Rate will be in range of £8.35 - £10.73
