Our client, a well established electrical contractor, is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their professional team, based in Sutton.

The responsibilities of the role include cross referencing invoices against order confirmations & delivery notes, managing the new order process electronically, dealing with queries/discrepancies, entering invoices on to SAGE & checking records against customer statements. The ideal candidate will have an eye for numbers & accuracy with a good level of mathematical skill. A good level of communication is also key as you may be expected to liaise with suppliers, clients & the site workers (excellent written & spoken English is essential). A great opportunity!
