The West Sussex Alternative Provision College Crawley (formerly Links College Crawley) provides education for KS3 and KS4 students who have been permanently excluded, or are at risk of exclusion, from mainstream school. We provide quality learning experiences and a high level of individual support and care to some very challenging and vulnerable young people. We are seeking a well qualified, highly motivated, enthusiastic and hard working Higher Level Teaching Assistant who: - Has the confidence and skills to lead and manage small team of Teaching Assistants - Has high expectations of what our young people can achieve. - Can inspire and motivate challenging students. - Can work with Teachers to develop learning resources. - Has excellent Literacy, Numeracy and ICT skills - Is willing to contribute to the development and delivery of a curriculum area.
