We are looking to recruit Senior Support Workers –
Housing Support (40 hours per week)

Working with the Team Leader you will be leading a team of Support Staff to provide a high quality residential service. You will have at least 12 month's experience of working with people within a learning disability or similar setting; experience of leading staff and be qualified to NVQ 3 or be willing to work towards this.

- Salary for support workers will rise with LDQ qualification and /or could for relevant NVQ qualifications.
- Sleep-ins (which attract additional payments) and shift work will apply to these roles. For housing posts you must be able to work a rota that includes weekends, bank holidays and be flexible.
- Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure, POVA Check and references.
- For all posts you must hold a current manual UK driving license.
