Do you speak English and either Portuguese, Polish, Romanian or Lithuanian?

A Customer Service Advisor is required with English and second language ideally either Portuguese, Polish, Romanian or Lithuanian to provide excellent customer service to employees and subcontractors.

Main Responsibilities

• Answer calls and work to obtain information to enable you to deal with request or query.
• Process workers requests
• Manage calls from recruitment agencies and contractors ensuring that all calls are dealt with and the details and nature of the call logged in the appropriate record.
• Ensure service calls are completed and that any issues arising are promptly
• Make outbound calls to routinely chase for outstanding documentation and to follow up on enquiries.

Experience required:

• Experience of handling a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls
• Excellent communication (telephone and written) and listening skills at all times
• Ability to use questioning methods to establish clients' needs clearly

Hours of Work

• Shifts covering 8.00am – 6.00pm with 1 hour for lunch (Mon-Thurs) and shifts covering 8.00am – 5.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch (Fri)
