The Retail Company directly supports this vision and all profits made in the shops and through other retail income directly benefit the hospice.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team as a Deputy Community Shop Manager at our Furniture Centre. You will support the Community Shop Manager at the Furniture Centre with the day-to-day running of the shop focussing on increasing sales and profitability, supporting and recruiting volunteers, completing financial processes such as banking and working with the team to effectively merchandise stock.
If you have exemplary skills in contributing to a positive, vibrant retail outlet with an excellent reputation in customer service this might be the role for you.
We are offering 27 days annual leave plus entitlement for bank holidays (pro-rata).
Additional Information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
