Application Support Technician Apprenticeship

Woking

£13,500 + 35 hour working week, Private healthcare scheme, Stakeholder pension, 25 days holiday per year

The Application Support Technician is required to join the Customer Service Team being focussed on providing support across all products to their customers. You will work closely with the customer service team as the product team to deliver 1st line support to their end users. You will be responsible for answering calls, logging all calls onto their in-house system, keeping customers updated whilst working with 2nd line support team to deliver prompt resolution back to the clients.

The role;

  • Answering calls from clients
  • Prioritising incoming support calls
  • Providing assistance with operational queries
  • Identifying the cause of any faults and passing to 2nd line
  • Maintaining accurate records of clients contacts
  • Assisting with internal product testing and software releases
  • Making routine software changes
  • Assisting with the maintenance and support of internal and hosting infrastructures

Candidate

  • Must be highly organised
