An exciting opportunity to join the team of Recovery Workers at Lighthouse Recovery Support has arisen.

Lighthouse Recovery Support is an innovative partnership between Sussex Oakleaf, Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust, and Mind in Brighton and Hove. Lighthouse is a service for people over the age of 18, living in Brighton and Hove, experiencing Personality Disorder who are committed to working to build new ways of managing their difficulties. The service is open 7 days a week providing daily groups and activities to help members manage their emotional intensity in constructive ways. We also offer individual support through key working sessions.

We are currently seeking an individual with a background of working with vulnerable people with challenging behaviour to work as a Recovery Worker. Duties will involve delivering structured key-working sessions and facilitating group activities. We are particularly interested in building on our programme of physical activity and peer support groups.
