We require a Catering Assistant to work within the team to provide school meals in Woodlands Meed Special needs school.

In this role as a Catering Assistant you will assist the Cook Supervisor to prepare, cook and serve school meals. You will also be required to carry out all aspects of kitchen duties to comply with Health & Safety and Hygiene regulations.

Good written skills for completion of documents and good verbal communication skills are required to communicate with special needs pupils to encourage healthy eating choices and ensure a positive lunchtime experience. Previous experience will be an advantage in your application, and full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
