Medium sized specialist childrens servicers organisation with 3 homes for children with EBD and challenging behaviour based in the Crawley area is recruiting for a care manager to take over the running of one of their homes and to join the existing management team.

The organisation is well established and respected in their field for supplying residential care to vulnerable children with EBD and challenging behaviour.

As a manager you will be working 9-5 mon-fri and you will be responsible for the overall running of the home and the safety of the children within your care.

You will be responsible for the development of the home and meeting OFSTED requirements, as well as marketing the home to ensure that the rooms are full and running to maximum capacity and operation. As well as fostering a positve working environment and acting as a role model for the young people.

The role also includes an occupancy bonus of up to £1500 for ensuring that the home stays full and profitable. Meaning that your salary could be anything up to 34.5k pa.
