Aspire Sussex Ltd plans, promotes and delivers vibrant adult education across Sussex, enabling people to achieve their aspirations. We are currently looking for an additional Administrator to work at our Crawley office, 29 hours per week, to include one evening. The successful candidate will work within a team of administrative staff to support the delivery of a high quality adult education programme. As we run evening, daytime and weekend courses, the post holder will be required to work occasional evenings and Saturdays. Additionally some flexibility may be required to cover other hours and centres during busy periods. You will be required to provide excellent customer service and carry out administrative duties, including word processing and data entry. Applicants will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to demonstrate relevant ICT skills and previous administrative experience.
