A software consultancy company in Woking, providing tailored customisable solutions is seeking a Software Support Specialist to provide support to customers.
NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - TRAINING PROVIDED - BUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND CONFIDENT ARTICLUATE TELEPHONE MANNER ESSENTIAL.

Duties involved:
·Managing calls and emails in from clients who have issues with the product suite
·Logging call onto the inhouse system and directing the call/email to resolution
·Updating the client with information regarding the resolution and stage of the process
·Assisting with new product releases and upgrades by providing demos to clients and testing the product for faults
·Preparing documentation and guides on products for distribution
·Assist the deployment team with upgrade deployment, liaising with customer and help manage the process with them
·Assist with delivery of training on new products and upgrades to the Training team and Customer service team
·Support and account manage the NHS clients


Essential Requirements:
·Good customer facing skills, via phone, email and face-to-face
·Familiarity with basic IT tools (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer etc.)
·Comfortable with technical web-based tools
·Attention to detail
·Problem solving mentality
·Enthusiastic, and keen to acquire new skills and knowledge
·Clear written and spoken communication skills
Desirable
·Technical knowledge of databases (in particular MS SQL Server) and database applications

The successful candidate will be a highly organised, enthusiastic, and polite with a friendly personality. She/he should have good analytical and problem solving skills, conscientious and keen to build a career in IT sector. The successful candidate will need to be focussed on providing a high standard of service to our customers. Either some customer service experience or Grad with desire to grow and develop. Must live locally and drive.
