Residential Childrens Homes based in the West Sussex area are recruiting for support workers to work with children with EBD and challenging behaviour.

The role involves supporting children aged 11-18 on a daily basis, sometimes in group activities and sometimes on a 1-1 basis.

You will be working a shift pattern which includes sleep ins and shift work (which you are paid extra for).

You will sponsible for supporting with the smooth running of the home, managing behaviour, supporting with the morning and night time routine, light domestic duties, and providing emotional support.
Experience in a residential childrens setting or similar environment is essential as you will be expected to regularly engage with the young people.
