Our Children’s Home is part of PJL Healthcare Ltd. It is a Residential Home in East Sussex for children and young people with with emotional and behavioural difficulties. As we expand, we are recruiting for full time children’s support workers. We’re looking for people who are seeking a satisfying, rewarding career and are prepared to go the extra mile to deliver outstanding care.

What knowledge and experience should you have?

If you are an experienced care professional, we would love to hear from you however, no experience is necessary as we employ people based on their values and commitment to the people we support and full training will be given.

Resourcefulness – can you find different and innovative ways to support young people to overcome difficulties?

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
