Sales Order Team Leader

£25,000 to £28,000 DOE + Benefits

Due to expansion a global manufacturer with worldwide brand presence are now looking for a Sales Order Team Leader to support the Office Manager and team.

Job Role
• Supervising the sales order processing team
• Order Management
• Review daily orders received and stock shortages
• Review shipping schedule / Microsoft Dynamics AX for next availability
• Advise customer of shortage & agree action plan
• Liaise with customers where required regarding the status of orders & deliveries
• Customer invoicing and Stock Management
• Complete weekly / monthly stock availability reports
• Track contracted volumes vs. purchases where agreements are in place
• Attend regular forecast review meetings in conjunction with Account Managers
• Update & maintain the promotional tracker
• Assist Operations Manager in the prioritising of incoming deliveries to meet customer expectations
• Liaise with Operations Manager to ensure PO's are placed in conjunction with customer specific requirements

Skills
• 2 years experience in similar position
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excel/PowerPoint
