Registered Manager required for well established 10 bedded service for adults who have learning disabilities, based in the Crawley are of West sussex.

Job role involves working with a well embedded staff team to ensure that the ongoing needs and requirements of service users are met. The service caters for adults who have disabilities such as cerebal palsy, aspergers, behavioural issues and some visual/hearing impairments.

The role will see you working with a large organisation with services nationwide and a strong support network of care staff and management. Training and development oppourtunities are available for a candidate that wishes to progress further in this type of role.

Your main duties will include joining the service and expressing a positive manner and attitude from the start with regular supervisons and meetings with staff. It is required that you pass on experience and advice to support staff and offer a comprehensive and structured support system.

As a registered manager you must have excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and also be able to maintain relevant care paperwork while sticking to internal policies and procedures.
