Our client, a national law firm are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor for their office in Gatwick.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Solicitor, with good technical knowledge of private law property dispute resolution, especially residential landlord and tenant, and a commercial approach to client matters and legal practice.

Your main responsibilities for this role will be as follows:

You will take a prominent role in residential landlord and tenant disputes and advisory work, including client-relationship management
You will support the Partner in private and public law property disputes and advisory work, with an emphasis on rural and development land issues.
You will undertake fee-earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the Real Estate practice.
You will be dealing with your own case load but also work as part of a team in major projects.
